A digital learning programme designed for team managers from European football associations

We designed 4 e-learning modules for the UEFA Team Management Programme, a specialised UEFA Academy programme created for the team managers of national teams from European football associations.

Developed to address the evolving demands of the role, the programme aims to strengthen the operational, strategic and leadership skills required in today’s high-performance football environment.

As part of this initiative, we produced four modules covering key topics:

  • Football Governance and Ecosystem
  • Project Management
  • Rules, Regulations and Competitions Calendar
  • Sponsorship and Commercial Activities

The learning experience was designed as an immersive and engaging journey, combining editorial content, motion design sequences, and expert videos shot on green screen and embedded directly into the modules.

Participants are also invited to complete interactive activities, reflect on practical challenges, and share their views on selected issues related to each topic.

Their responses are then compiled into PDF documents shared with the experts, and later used as discussion material during the in-person workshops.

This project reflects our approach to digital learning: creating meaningful learning experiences that combine pedagogical rigour, strong visual production and real-world relevance.
